So why not swap a lifeless FAQ page* for a vibrant support forum for your company/product/project?

User feedback, product support and discussions provide constantly updated content which can help search engine rankings, and leaving the impression that you care what your customers are thinking. Just remember to moderate (edit) it!

Wordpress is a popular platform for blogging - and if you have the time and determination then Youtube has hours of Wordpress "how-to" lessons.  But decide on Wordpress and you are taking the decision to do much of your web work yourself, although we can still help.
